Lindsey Czech is an alum of the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, the premier health-supportive culinary school in the country. Since graduating she has cooked in restaurants, lodges and private homes across Colorado, Montana, Washington, Nevada, and Idaho.  You can find her somewhere among the San Juan's camping, running, backcountry skiing, and laughing loudly. Lindsey is passionate about creating fresh, healthy, sustainable and delicious meals to fuel you for tomorrow's big adventure.
